GREEN PANTHER SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Green Panther. We’re committed to getting your goods to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how our shipping works.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Australia. The areas we deliver to are listed on our Website and may change as we grow and expand our reach.


Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:
• Standard Shipping (Australia Post or trusted courier): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Free Shipping on orders over $200 within Australia

Timeframes are estimated and can vary depending on your location and courier availability. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within these timeframes. Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. If significant delays occur, we will notify you and provide updates on your delivery status.


Order Processing


Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or change it, as it’s likely already in motion.


Delivery Risk


You agree to accept the risk in your Products from the moment they’re delivered to your
address—whether you're home to receive them or not. For any issues with late, stolen, or
damaged deliveries, please contact Australia Post or the courier company directly. We're here to help, but the final delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.


Other Notes


• We don’t deliver to international addresses just yet.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. While we will make
reasonable efforts to assist, we may not be able to recover or replace items delivered to
an incorrect address provided by you.
