Return Policy
GREEN PANTHER RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Effective Date: January 2025.
We want you to love your Green Panther products, but we get it—sometimes things don’t go quite right. This policy is here to explain how we handle returns and refunds, and it aligns with the Australian Consumer Law.
If Something's Wrong With Your Product
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to:
• A replacement or refund if there’s a major failure.
• A repair or replacement if there’s a minor failure.
A major failure occurs when the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, would not have been bought if you know about the problem, or doesn’t do what we said it would do.
To request a refund or return, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at: hello@greenpantherstore.com
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
Change of Mind Returns
We generally don’t offer refunds for change of mind, as per our Terms. However, if your item is unused, in its original packaging and condition, and you contact us within 7 days of receiving it, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used skincare products
• Opened serums or treatments
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Custom or limited edition sets
Refunds
For returns under consumer guarantees or our discretionary returns policy, we’ll:
• Process your refund to your original payment method, or
• Provide a replacement or store credit, based on your preference
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
What’s Not Covered
We don’t provide refunds or replacements if:
• You’ve changed your mind
• You’ve misused the product
• You didn’t follow the storage or usage instructions
• The issue is due to your handling or incorrect information provided
